Know Libby
Libby offers bespoke colouring and styling on a 1 to 1 basis at The Independent Collective. Libby is also a certified Cocochoco technician, the natural cruelty free treatment that offers up to 4 months of smooth, frizz free hair.
She started her hairdressing career at the age of 16, completing her apprenticeship at Vidal Sassoon, then going on to work for them for 6 years. In 2022 Libby took the leap and went freelance, she now works from a relaxing countryside co working space just outside of Old Harlow.

ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT, THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR BILL. I ASK FOR AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE IS GIVEN YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST. NO SHOWS WILL LEAD TO LOSS OF DEPOSIT ALSO.
PLEASE ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT ON TIME. IF YOU DO ARRIVE EARLY I HAVE A WAITING AREA YOU CAN RELAX IN WHILE YOU WAIT. LATENESS OF OVER 15 MINUTES MAY LEAD TO A CUT DOWN OF YOUR SERVICE WITH ORIGINAL CHARGE OF SERVICE BOOKED.

I WORK TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS TO KEEP MY COLOUR WORK CLEAN AND CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OF CLOTHING. AVOID ARRIVING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WEARING HIGH NECK CLOTHING.
